Questions

Asked most often before applying

Do I need relevant experience?

No. Each brief was written for someone new to this kind of work, and the employer runs training before your first block. What gets screened is whether you can be reached during the hours you nominated.

How many hours will I get?

The ones you nominate. Most applicants settle between fifteen and thirty a week, but none of the four briefs sets a weekly minimum, and adjusting later is normal.

What do I need at home?

A working computer, a connection that stays up for the length of a block, and somewhere quiet enough to concentrate. None of these four roles involve phone calls.

Is the training paid?

That depends on the employer and is stated in the brief they send you. We do not average it out here, because a wrong figure would show up in your first payslip.

Who pays me?

Payment comes from the employer that took your application, on whatever cycle they run. TalentBook introduces you and takes nothing from your rate.

Will anything be charged to me?

No. There is no application fee, training fee or deposit. If someone using our name asks you for money, passwords or banking details, stop and email the address below.
